Q: How will my order be processed and how can I check on my order status?
A: As you will read on our ordering info page (please read ordering info page at this time) orders ship in 10-14 business days depending on order size and product supply availability. Orders generally ship quickly and if there will be a delay you will be contacted via email.
Once an order is received , your order status online will be "On Order", once your order is pulled and sent to processing the order status will change to "Shipped". We do not have a "processing tab". So even in processing the order status says shipped. It may take a day to several days before your order is actually shipped and in the mail.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email stating your order has been shipped and receive a USPS.com tracking number. We ship all orders UnitedStatesPostalService.
At any time you can also come to our website to check on your order by clicking on the ORDER STATUS link under Customer Service in the left column of our site.
Here you will find your USPS tracking number as well!
