Q: I'm waiting on an email question to be answered or waiting on my pdf instructions, it's been over 24hrs, why haven't I received an email?

ATTENTION YAHOO EMAIL USERS! We ask that you please refrain from using Yahoo email account when communicating with Sweet Baby Bowtique. Yahoo is going threw some sort of glitch and ALL YAHOO EMAILS ARE BOUNCING BACK TO US! Please, please email us using an alternate email account. Other free emails such as hotmail and gmail are doing just fine. If you are expecting an email from us and you used a yahoo email please resend using a different email account because we may be having difficulties getting in contact with YOU... or call at 618-719-4124 (please provide an alternate email if/when calling and leaving a voice message). We answer all emails within 24hrs but have no control over Yahoo's curent glitches!

How do I choose between alligator and french clip? TOP
We recommend using the alligator pinch clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair. All of our alligator clips are lined in ribbon to aid in holding the hair. The alligator clips can be used to slide in the hair alone or on top of a ponytail holder once holder has been placed in hair.
We use french clips that are 2" or 2 1/2" wide. The french snap barrette works best in older girls hair and for girls who have thick or long hair.
What ages do your baby headbands fit? TOP
Our baby headbands are professionally hand sewn with no bulky seam to fit ages 0-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m, and 2-4 years old! Our headbands are made of 48% Cotton, 48%Polyester, 4% Lycra.
Do you accept Custom Orders? TOP

How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP
Orders are currently taking UP TO 10 business days to ship. From ship date time, Priority mail takes 2-3 days to deliver, and 1st Class mail takes 5-7 days for delivery. Hair Bow Instruction PDF orders will be emailed the same day!
Why was my check or money order order cancelled? TOP SBB reserves the right to cancel any check or money order order if payment is not received within 10 days. When paying by check or money order please pay promptly. All check or money order orders that payments are not received for will be cancelled on day 11. Thank you! Do you accept International orders? Do items ever go out of stock? TOP Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain hair accessories before we can update our boutique. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact via email right away to ask if you would like your money back for that item or exchange for another item. Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own.Please email us or leave a message in the notes section of your payment with the ship to address.
Ribbon variations... TOP From time to time we may substitute a ribbon in your bow in an effort to get your bow to you quicker due to one of the ribbons being out of stock etc... This will only happen if we are currently out of stock of one of the ribbons and will be VERY minor and not noticeable to the overall style of the bow. For example, if your Over The Top bow (which is a great example because there are so many different ribbons and colors) has some small 3/8" pink polka dot spikes and we are currently out of the 3/8" pink polka dots, we may substitute that ribbon with plain 3/8" pink ribbon. The idea is to get your order to you as quickly as possible and not hold any orders due to such a minor incident. The overall look of your bow will NEVER be changed and this change does not happen often but I wanted to state it here in the order terms to make you aware of the possibility. As I said, this does not happen often and will never alter the color theme of your bow. Also we will never substiture more than 2 slight ribbon changes. Thank you! Why do some products have limited quantities? TOP
Some of our products may same "2 Available" etc...sometimes. Why is this? These are limited quantity ribbons we may run across but still want to offer to the public. If you see a product that says "4 Available" etc... you might want to grab it while you can because that is ALL that will ever be available! It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received my PDF instructions, what should I do? TOP If you purchased PDF Instructions and have not received your order via email PLEASE check all junk/spam folders. Some email programs will send the Instruction emails to these folders even though they are NOT junk/spam! ALL PDF Instruction orders are emailed out the SAME DAY, so if you have not received yours, please check your junk/spam folders and if still not able to find them please contact us. If you paid with your credit card, your instructions will be emailed to the email address you supply while ordering. If you paid with Paypal I will send the instructions to your paypal email address. Is there a way I can tell if my order has been shipped yet? TOP
YES! Just go to the ORDER STATUS section of our website and enter your order info. You will then be able to view your order and see if your order has been processed and shipped yet. The exact date of shipment will be listed.
If you bought PDF Instructions, you will also be able to verify if your Instructions have been emailed to you. If the Order Status says "Shipped" then that is the date your Instructions were emailed to you.
Why am I having trouble tracking my shipped order. TOP All SBB products are shipped via USPS. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info. through usps.com. Your tracking info may read "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" If your tracking info reads this, this means your package has been processed, and is now at USPS. USPS does NOT have live up to minute tracking info so it may read this message up until it reaches your city! This message does NOT mean your package has not been mailed. This is just how USPS.com is, I wish it was phrased differently on their website. Once your package reaches your city it will state so and then go on to be delivered and will show Delivered at your shipping address. Does the "Ribbon Starter Kit" come with Instructions for making bows? TOP No, our ribbon starter kit is just that...a kit with ribbon to get started making hair bows. Everything you need to make 8 complete hair bows. The Instructions are sold separately. Krinkle Ribbons? TOP
I see krinkle ribbons in some of your bows, will these be in mine?
No, we no longer use krinkle ribbons in any of our bows. If the bow you purchased is pictured with krinkle ribbons these will not be included in your finished bow. Out of Stock items TOP
What happens if an item I purchase becomes out of stock after purchase?
If one item has became out of stock, we will not hold your entire order and wait for that item to come back in stock, instead we will ship your order and ship the out of stock item as soon as it comes in stock. OOS items are never OOS for very long! Back Ordered Items TOP
What if an item I ordered is on back order?
If an item becomes back ordered we will inform you and you will then be able to exchange the product or inform us if you would like to just wait for that itme to come back in stock. |
