We reply to all emails within 24-48hrs all of the time.
This especially pertains to customers who have bought PDF instructions from us. The instructions often go into bulk/spam folders

CPSIA- Do You Comply? TOP
Yes, all of the products on our website comply with the new CPSIA law. The safety of your children are of the utmost importance here at Sweet Baby Bowtique. Our products have been tested for lead and have come back negative. Any new products added to our website will be first tested for lead before ever making it on to our website.
How do I choose between alligator and french clip? TOP
We recommend using the alligator pinch clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair. All of our alligator clips are lined in ribbon to aid in holding the hair. The alligator clips can be used to slide in the hair alone or on top of a ponytail holder once holder has been placed in hair.
We use french clips that are 2" or 2 1/2" wide. The french snap barrette works best in older girls hair and for girls who have thick or long hair.
What ages do your baby headbands fit? TOP
Our baby headbands are professionally hand sewn with no bulky seam to fit ages 0-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m, and 2-4 years old! Our headbands are made of 48% Cotton, 48%Polyester, 4% Lycra. Our crochet headbands fit ages newborn to adult!

How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP
Orders are currently taking 1-4 weeks to ship. Please read our ordering info page for up to date, current ship times and more info, as our ship time frequently change. From ship date time, Priority mail takes 2-3 days to deliver, and 1st Class mail takes 2-7 days for delivery. Hair Bow Instruction PDF orders will be emailed the same day!

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments for your convenience. We process all online credit card payments through Authorize.net. We also accpet Paypal payments.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying? TOP

All PDF hair bow instruction orders as emailed out SAME DAY! Most often within a couple of hours, sometimes even minutes when I am online (which is all the time almost LOL) Instructions are emailed to the email you supply when placing your order. Will you send an order confirmation? TOP
Of course! We want to keep you updated on your entire order process. We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain hair accessories before we can update our boutique. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact via email right away to ask if you would like your money back for that item or exchange for another item. Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. Simply enter that address as the "Ship To" address when ordering.
Back Ordered Items TOP
What if an item I ordered is on back order?
If an item becomes back ordered we will inform you and you will then be able to exchange the product or inform us if you would like to just wait for that itme to come back in stock. Out of Stock items TOP
What happens if an item I purchase becomes out of stock after purchase?
If one item has became out of stock, we will not hold your entire order and wait for that item to come back in stock, instead we will ship your order and ship the out of stock item as soon as it comes in stock. OOS items are never OOS for very long! It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received my PDF instructions, what should I do? TOP
If you purchased PDF Instructions and have not received your order via email PLEASE check all junk/spam folders. Some email programs will send the Instruction emails to these folders even though they are NOT junk/spam! ALL PDF Instruction orders are emailed out the SAME DAY, so if you have not received yours, please check your junk/spam folders and if still not able to find them please contact us. If you paid with your credit card, your instructions will be emailed to the email address you supply while ordering. If you paid with Paypal I will send the instructions to your paypal email address. Is there a way I can tell if my order has been shipped yet? TOP
YES! Just go to the ORDER STATUS section of our website and enter your order info. You will then be able to view your order and see if your order has been processed and shipped yet. The exact date of shipment will be listed.
If you bought PDF Instructions, you will also be able to verify if your Instructions have been emailed to you. If the Order Status says "Shipped" then that is the date your Instructions were emailed to you.
Why am I having trouble tracking my shipped order. TOP
All SBB products are shipped via USPS. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info. through usps.com. Your tracking info may read "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" If your tracking info reads this, this means your package has been processed, and is now at USPS. USPS does NOT have live up to minute tracking info so it may read this message up until it reaches your city! This message does NOT mean your package has not been mailed. This is just how USPS.com is, I wish it was phrased differently on their website. Once your package reaches your city it will state so and then go on to be delivered and will show Delivered at your shipping address. Does the "Ribbon Starter Kit" come with Instructions for making bows? TOP
No, our ribbon starter kit is just that...a kit with ribbon to get started making hair bows. Everything you need to make 8 complete hair bows. The Instructions are sold separately. International Orders Shipping Charges TOP
Our cart system will calculate shipping rates automatically. International orders are usually covered by the amount of shipping the cart calculates. Sometimes, if the order is very small it will not be enough and you will be contacted for the additional charges but 9 out of 10 times the cart calculates enough shipping.
