The Sweet Baby Bowtique.com website has become one of the most popular/busy baby hair accessory websites on the internet (see it for yourself, click here). Please keep this in mind when ordering. We are experiencing very high order volumes at this time.
SHIP TIME (this can vary): 20 BUSINESS DAYS During This VERY BUSY TIME FOR US!! (we are currently running a bit behind on this) Please understand orders can at times take longer than this due to the extreme work load and all items are hand made to order.

Shipping Time Terms Orders are shipping in 20+ business days. By placing your order with Sweet Baby Bowtique you acknowledge the current ship time. You also acknowledge orders may be shipped quicker (small item order) -OR- may take a bit longer than the 20 business days to ship (large orders, orders waiting on ribbon (though not often, but possible with custom), The world of custom hand made boutique can be tricky in giving an exact ship time as all items are hand made to order. Many factors come into play with order ship times, including but not limited to: order size, product supply availability, time of year etc... We know you are excited to receive your products! Please rest assured we ship orders as quickly as we can so you can receive and enjoy them!
Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! If we make an error or send a defective item we will send a replacement as soon as we can (we have a very low defective rate!). It is our policy not to sell items that have been returned to us due to the personal nature of the products (worn on head), so we cannot except returns. Due to the custom/personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We ask that you please read all product/category descriptions carefully. We do our best to portray the item in the best possible way for you with clear photos and detailed descriptions. You will find all info needed to make an accurate purchase by reading our website category and product descriptions and looking at our clear, professionally taken photos.
Out of Stock Items From time to time items that are ordered may be out of stock. We do our best to keep our website current with out of stock items but due to our large database items may fall out of stock before we are able to update the site and are ordered. If an item you order becomes out of stock, it will be marked and stated on your package slip. You will then receive an in-store credit for that amount. Please email us with your exchange internal store credit request and we will promptly ship, no additional shipping funds required by the buyer. We do not offer refunds at this time, only in store credits.

****** ATTENTION YAHOO EMAIL USERS! We
ask that you please refrain from using Yahoo email account when
communicating with Sweet Baby Bowtique. Yahoo is going threw some sort
of glitch and ALL YAHOO EMAILS ARE BOUNCING BACK TO US! Please, please
email us using an alternate email account. Other free emails such as
hotmail and gmail are doing just fine. If you are expecting an email
from us and you used a yahoo email please resend using a different
email account because we may be having difficulties getting in contact
with YOU... We answer all emails
within 24hrs but have no control over Yahoo's current glitches! All email customers need to check junk/spam folders as Sweet Baby Bowtique emails often end up there! Thank you for understanding and taking this extra step to look for emails from us. We
spend a lot of time sending out duplicate emails, that have already
been sent out when they easily could of been found originally in the
