By placing your order you agree upon and accept our current ship time.
We reserve the right to change and or modify our current ship times at any time.

Why the vast ship range?
Ship time will depend on size of order, our current work load, and availability of the items ordered.
- Very Large Hair Bow Orders may take a bit longer to ship
PDF Instructions are sent via email in up to 24 hours max.
On occasion there might be delays in processing orders. You will be notified if this happens. All items are HAND MADE TO ORDER and unexpected rushes do happen especially during the busy holiday season etc... Thank you for understanding.
If you are in a RUSH for an order just send us an email, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Please email us first and let us know exactly what you would like to order to ensure all materials are in stock to create your order. We will get back with you asap regarding your rush order. Please be sure to inform us of the exact date of the event to ensure proper delivery times.
We currently ship via USPS mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email upon shipping of your package which will include a delivery confirmation number for your records.
From your ship date Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days for delivery and 1st Class Mail takes 2-7 days for delivery depending on your distance from us. We are in the Midwest~ Southern IL. We currently ship WORLDWIDE!
PDF Hair Bow Instructions will be emailed out to you within 24 hours at the most, but much much quicker most of the time. If you have not received your hair bow instructions within 24 hours this does not mean your instructions have not been sent to you. This most likely means there was an email issue OR the pdf instructions have ended up in your junk/spam/bulk folder. So PLEASE be sure to check your spam/bulk folders first if you have not received your instructions.
A note about email accounts. PDF instructions sent to Yahoo accounts almost always end up in the yahoo email BULK folder.
We can no longer sent pdf instructions to sbcglobal.net email accounts as they always get sent back to us for some reason.
Due to the nature of the products we cannot except returns. We do not accept returns for any reason.
SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCTS:
Q: How will my order be processed and how can I check on my order status?
A:
As you read above orders ship in 1-4 weeks. Once an order is received , your order status will be "On
Order", once your order is pulled and sent to processing the order
status will change to "Shipped". We do not have a processing tab. So
even in processing the order status says shipped. It may take a couple
of hours to days before your order is actually shipped and in the mail,
still staying in the shipping time frame.
Once your
order has shipped you will receive an email stating your order has been
shipped and receive a USPS.com tracking number.
At any time you can also come to our website to check on your order by clicking on the ORDER STATUS link under Customer Service. Here you will find your USPS tracking number as well!
